All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped..

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Mocana.ch offers free standard delivery throughout Switzerland. We ship orders with A-Post.

In-store pickup

Local pickup is available from Frauengasse 8, CH-8200 Schaffhausen. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. 

We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions to schedule pickup.

Our local pickup hours are 9 AM - 5PM on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Shipping to the countries neighbouring Switzerland is available on request. Simply contact hello@mocana.ch to receive a quotation on your order. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mocana.ch is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@mocana.ch with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Our no questions asked, return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
